ABC Pre-School Registration

  REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ABC PRE-SCHOOL

SCHOOL AND CLASS INFORMATION:

  • ABC is located at 1705 Center Street, Black Earth, in New Height’s Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.
  • Three year olds meet either once a week on Wednesdays from 9am-11am  or twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-11.
  • Four year olds meet twice a week on Tues. and Thurs.  afternoons from 12pm-2:30pm.
  • ABC is a Parent Cooperative. Parent involvement is required. (All families will be classroom helpers about 7 times during the year, join one committee, and clean classroom 1 or 2 times during the year). Parents also may donate supplies during the school year. (Sept. – May)
  • 2 day a week classes include a special weekly music session
  • Tuition is $40.00 a month for one day a week, $80 for 2 day a week 3’s and  $90.00 a month for two days a week  4’s.
  • Any family with 3 children enrolled at the same time will get a 10% discount on tuition. 

YOUR CHILD MUST:

  • Be at least 3 years old by September 1, 2008 for 3-year-old class
  • Be at least 4 years old by September 1, 2008 for 4-year-old class
  • Be toilet trained and free of accidents when school starts.
  • Have required medical exam and be up to date with immunizations by Nov. 1, 2008. 

TO REGISTER: 

  • Print and complete the registration form attached below 
  • Furnish a self-addressed stamped envelope.
  • Submit a $60 non-refundable registration fee payable to ABC Preschool

Registration dates: Current and former members can register starting February 1st. New members should register starting March 1st.  Forms will be accepted until classes are full or August 15th. 

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • May 15th 2008                    You will receive confirmation of your child’s registration
  • Thurs., August 21               Required Parent Orientation meeting (no children)7pm
  • Tues., August 26                 Open House for the children to visit classes and staff (times to be announced)
  • Tues., Sept 2                      Classes start
